CoLAB is convening its five TalentReady jurisdictions for a robust conversation on providing sustainable, equitable, and high-quality work-based learning opportunities starting in high school. Jurisdictions will share their current efforts and discuss how Capital Region stakeholders might collaborate to better prepare learners for in-demand digital tech jobs in the region. The CoLAB will also share more information about its Work-Based Learning Strategy to support its vision of creating the most diverse digital tech workforce in the county.
